Training Resources
Continuing professional development (CPD) is a vital element in driving improvement and delivering high quality, person -centred care that ensures our clients safety and well-being.
There are many FREE videos, online courses, face to face courses, webinars and reading materials listed below that you can access at your convenience.
Social Care Wales requires support workers to log 90 hours of Post Registration Training and Learning (PRTL) over 3 years (30 per annum).
Remember that it is not only traditional learning that can be included. Supervisions, MDT meetings, Team meetings, 1:1 discussions with CM or other professionals can also provide excellent opportunities for learning. More information can be found via the link below.
