We accept referrals from personal injury/medical negligence solicitors, Court of Protection Deputies or family members at any stage during or after the litigation process. We understand the anxieties that people experience during this process and are able to support them throughout.
The first step is to provide us with enough information to allow us to identify Case Managers that have the skills and experience to meet the client’s needs. Before a decision is made we encourage clients to meet potential Case Managers to ensure they are the ‘right fit’ for them.
The chosen Case Manager begins the initial assessment, working closely with the client and their family, drawing on the knowledge of other health and social care professionals involved. Recommendations are made and a plan is designed in conjunction with the client and their family; looking at their priorities and the outcomes they want to achieve.
